Intensively supported housing at Lord Street
The Lord Street centre comprises a block of 14 flats for people of working age with sight loss and/or a physical disability. We provide housing management and a 24 hour care and support service to tenants. The building is owned and maintained by Midland Heart Housing Association and the care and support service is funded by Wolverhampton City Council.
The care and support service is provided to a high standard, based on the newly introduced Care Quality Commission essential standards of quality and safety.
Our key aim is to enable people with sight loss and other disabilities to live full, active and independent lives, and we value the views and involvement of tenants at all times
