Pocklington provides a variety of housing, care and support services for people with sight loss from our centres based in London, Plymouth and the West Midlands.

Pocklington Court is a supported housing centre for people with sight loss. Located in Roehampton in South West London, the centre offers self-contained accommodation in a range of studio and one-bedroom flats, with the support of a team of trained staff.
 
Pocklington House: Northwood, Middlesex
Pocklington House: Northwood, Middlesex
Pocklington House is a specialist residential care home for older people who have sight loss. Located in Northwood, Middlesex, the centre provides care according to individually assessed needs and the home has achieved consistently excellent reports from the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI).
 
Pocklington Lodge: Shepherds Bush, West London
Pocklington Lodge: Shepherds Bush, West London
Pocklington Lodge offers affordable self-contained accommodation in a supportive environment for people with sight loss, catering mainly for people of working age. Located in Shepherds Bush, West London, the centre is designed for individuals who require only a low level of support to maintain independent living.
 
Pocklington Place: Northfield, Birmingham
Pocklington Place: Northfield, Birmingham
Pocklington Place is a modern purpose-built extra-care sheltered housing service for people with sight loss over the age of 55, located in Northfield, Birmingham. Owned by Midland Heart Housing Association and managed by Pocklington, the accommodation comprises 64 one- and two-bedroom apartments, available for rent, for sale outright, or on a shared-ownership basis.
 
Pocklington Rise: Plymouth, Devon
Pocklington Rise: Plymouth, Devon
We are re-developing Pocklington Rise in Plymouth, and have started work on a £9 million construction project to provide a modern extra care sheltered housing centre for people with sight loss. Our residential care service is temporarily located at Peirson House, Mulgrave St, Plymouth, whilst we complete the re-development of our centre in Plympton.
 
Wolverhampton services
Wolverhampton services
Our services in Lord Street and Newhampton Road East, Wolverhampton, provide sheltered housing and supported housing for people with sight loss and physical and/or sensory disabilities. These services are the result of partnerships with Mildand Heart housing association and Wolverhampton Social Services.
 
Independent housing
Independent housing
Pocklington has a small portfolio of 18 homes for people with sight loss and their families. These homes are let at affordable rents, and are based in London, Berkshire and Wolverhampton.
