Independent housing

Pocklington has a small portfolio of 18 homes for people with sight loss and their families. These homes are let at affordable rents, and are based in London, Berkshire and Wolverhampton.

The general shortage of affordable housing for rent is well documented. This problem can be particularly acute for people with sight loss and their families. They are often unable to command sufficiently well paid employment to secure quality housing.

We work in conjunction with local blind societies and local authority sensory needs services to identify prospective tenants for our independent housing services.

If you would like to be put on our waiting list, please contact the manager at Pocklington Lodge, in the first instance.
