Technology is rapidly changing. Developments in recent years are making a huge difference to everyone, especially visually impaired people. Mainstream products like smartphones and smart assistants (such as Amazon Echo and Google Home) are designed to be accessible. This is exciting because it means solutions to help with daily living are becoming cheaper.
But it is not all good news. We know there are lots of people who don’t like to try out new technology. We know that sometimes the choices can be confusing. We know that some of the products are not easy to use first time of trying.
We believe that there is a solution out there for everyone and we want to help you find yours.
