Senior Engagement Manager – London & South of England
Contract: Full time and Permanent
Salary: £41,500 pa

Are you passionate about tackling issues affecting blind and partially sighted people in everyday life? Do you want to play a major part in changing London and the south of England, for the better? Then this could be the role for you!
This is an exciting new role, to oversee our engagement work in the South of England, focusing particularly on London, helping us to establish five Sight Loss Councils across the city. The role also entails providing leadership and line management to a small team of Engagement Managers and Coordinators in the South of the country, who work remotely.
The successful candidate will be comfortable operating as a leader at a strategic level, as well as possessing strong people management skills, including experience in performance management.
You will also be expected to:
- develop and implement new ways of working
- effectively use Salesforce for contact management, project management and reporting purposes
- work independently and achieve results without close supervision.
