Senior Property Manager

Salary:      £35,000 – £42,000 pa (depending on experience)

Location:  Central London based with regular visits to the charity’s properties

(currently home based with visits as necessary)

Hours:       Full / part time

 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join our Resources team at TPT.  The successful candidate will manage our portfolio of around 300 properties worth in excess of £150m.  These are mainly located in central and west London and are a mixture of commercial and residential.

The day-to-day management is outsourced, and the Senior Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the managing agents and developing a strategy to maximise the value of the estate and the income generated. This income will continue to enable TPT to maintain and enhance its charitable activities.

This role can be worked full time or part time and we are happy to discuss flexible hours due to childcare or other caring responsibilities.

The interview process.

The interview process will include an initial screening process, a first online interview for those candidates who are shortlisted, and we are hoping to be able to do a face to face second interview for those taken forward.  This will of course follow all necessary rules of social distancing in place at the time of interview. If this is not possible, this interview will also be done online.
