Our Position on Post 16 Reforms

The landscape of post 16 education is going through a considerable transformation. The Government has plans to change academic and technical qualifications, to further roll out t Levels, and has recently announced the introduction of Advanced British standards.

We have been carefully reviewing these reforms and are concerned about how they will impact the ability of blind and partially sighted young people to access and fully participate in post 16 education.
