Thomas Pocklington Trust (TPT) is seeking an Engagement Manager to deliver Sight Loss Councils (SLC) across the North West. This role will engage blind and partially sighted people across the region, ensuring their voices are represented and responding to key issues, activities and themes as they arise.

The SLCs, funded by TPT and led by blind and partially sighted volunteers, advocate the needs of blind and partially sighted people and influence positive change in the area.  These are currently up and running in Birmingham, Black Country, Bristol and Merseyside. Over the next year TPT will be extending its SLCs across the country.

If you are experienced in engagement, setting up consultation groups, project management and managing volunteers – and want to make a real difference to the lives of blind and partially sighted people, we would love to hear from you.
