Job Description

Role:                           Data Systems Coordinator (Apprentice)

Reporting To:           Data Systems Manager                          

Location:                   Home based                                              

Contract Type:         Fixed Term for 18 months – Full time (36 hours per week)

Salary:                        Based on Living Wage Foundation rates,

 

Role Overview                                                                                 

The Partnerships Team at Thomas Pocklington Trust (TPT)

We work in partnership with our internal teams and other organisations who are building a more inclusive, creative and sustainable society for and with blind and partially sighted people.

We specifically oversee the provision of grant funding and practical support to relevant sector partners and aim to increase awareness of TPT’s role and focus in being an effective funder, enabling these partnerships to help others to achieve their ambitions and improve positive outcomes for blind and partially sighted people. We are responsible for monitoring the impact of our funding and for providing support on impact and evaluation to the teams we support and the partners we fund. We also provide support on project management, CRM system development to both internal and external partners.        

                                              

Apprenticeship Qualification:

As part of this role you will be enrolled on Level 3 Salesforce Administrator Apprenticeship. You will be given the appropriate time and support to complete the qualification.

The duties in the job role align to the level 3 Salesforce Administrator Qualification.

 

Purpose of Job:

To support the organisation’s implementation, delivery and day to day maintenance of the chosen CRM (Salesforce) and supporting systems.

Main Duties:

  • To attend and participate in all coaching, training and associated events to complete the level 3 Salesforce Administrator. This includes keeping accurate and up-to-date learning logs and all other associated paperwork.
  • To help the Impact and Evaluation Manager to scope out business requirements
  • To work closely with the Data Systems Manager in designing and developing appropriate and robust solutions
  • To work with colleagues to improve adoption of the CRM through training and sharing of good practice, tips and tricks
  • To carry out admin tasks such as account creation, permission allocation and support the process of data cleansing and data quality assurance.
  • Create and maintain Form Assembly forms and surveys
  • Manage the team mailbox and ticket management process and escalate issues as they arise
  • Be accountable for ensuring the charity’s operations are safe and that they meet health and safety and safeguarding good practice.
  • To work in accordance with the charity’s values demonstrating high professional standards; leading by example in all internal and external working.
  • To undertake other duties as may be required to meet the needs of the charity.
  • The successful applicant must be able to work from home and be set up to work from home in accordance with our homeworking policy.

  • To attend staff meetings at The Hub as required.
