SEND green paper

We have a unique opportunity to influence education support for learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and alternative provisions.

The Department for Education (DfE) has published its long-awaited ‘Special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and alternative provisions (AP): right support, right place, right time’ green paper.

The aim of the green paper is to simplify the process in which learners and parents/carers navigate the complicated education and care system.
