So, we have created this handy top five equipment list for parents to learn more about where to go for support with equipment your child may be using.

BrailleNote

Documentation, audio and video tutorials for the BrailleNote Touch Plus, BrailleNote Touch and BrailleNote Apex braille notetakers can be found on the HumanWare Support website. The HW Buddy iPhone app and HW Buddy Android app both contain helpful guides, product walkthroughs and direct access to the HumanWare support service.

Apple iPad and iPod Touch

Apple iPad and iPod Touch devices come with several accessibility features built-in including the VoiceOver screen reader and Zoom magnifier.

The AppleVis website is staffed by knowledgeable volunteers from around the world and includes guides to these features, together with discussion forums and lists of accessible apps. Additionally, Apple hosts a free accessibility support service.
