Virtual Research and Campaigns intern (Sight Loss Council) 

We have an exciting internship opportunity for a blind or partially sighted person to join our Sight Loss Councils team.

Over the course of a 3-month placement, we will provide support and development opportunities for you to learn how user-led campaigns are organised, become an expert at using social media to amplify messaging and using research to inform decision making! You don’t need previous experience, but you do need to demonstrate a passion for the role, a commitment to your personal development and the drive to work hard.

You will be home-based, as our central London office is currently closed, so you can be based anywhere in the UK.

There are a few key dates you should be aware of:

Closing date: Sunday 13 December 2020.

Virtual Projects and Research Intern (Technology Services)

We have an exciting internship opportunity for a blind or partially sighted person to join our Technology Services team.

Over the course of a 3-month placement, we will provide support and development opportunities for you to become an assistive and inclusive technology expert, to get your hands on some of the best cutting edge gadgets and become an authority on assistive technology for blind and partially sighted people! You don’t need previous experience, but you do need to demonstrate a passion for the role, a commitment to your personal development and the drive to work hard.

Virtual London Vision Intern

We have an exciting internship opportunity for a blind or partially sighted person to join the London Vision team.

Over the course of a 3-month placement, we will provide support and development opportunities for you to improve your customer service skills by carrying out customer satisfaction surveys, improve your confidence and give you experience in evaluation methods which are used across the charity sector. You don’t need previous experience, but you do need to demonstrate a passion for the role, a commitment to your personal development and the drive to work hard.

You will be home-based, as our central London office is currently closed, so you can be based anywhere in the UK.
